Postpartum Movement at Home: A Gentle Workout with Danielle Wiley

Emily Shepard

You asked—we delivered.

Over the past few months, Bonsie has partnered with yoga studios and wellness communities to foster connection, support, and bonding during the postpartum season. These classes mean so much to us because we’ve been those moms—getting out of the house with our babies, finding our footing, and feeling seen and supported by a village of women walking a similar path.

Time spent moving our bodies, connecting with our babies, and building friendships has a way of lifting our spirits and meeting that deep, human need for togetherness. We’re committed to continuing to seek out and support these incredible communities and the life-giving work they do for new moms.

At the same time, we know that leaving the house with a baby isn’t always possible. Many of you have shared a desire for accessible, at-home options for postpartum movement—and we hear you.

That’s why we’re so excited to introduce you to Danielle Wiley. Danielle is a pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist and Pilates instructor. As a new mom, she combines evidence-based training with real-life experience to support women in feeling strong, connected, and confident in their bodies through every stage of motherhood. Danielle has created a gentle, accessible workout designed specifically for postpartum bodies.

We’re so excited to share this gentle workout with our community and to introduce you to Danielle.

Do you attend a local class or community that’s supported you as a new or expecting mom—workouts, breastfeeding support, newborn education, or more? Tell us about it. Send us an email so we can celebrate the good they’re doing and meet you there with encouragement and BONSIES.

We’re so grateful to be part of your journey.
